People often ask me what makes Rüegg so successful. It’s a good question, and I’m always happy to answer it again. It is three things: Creativity, appreciation and passion

Creativity: We have a thirst for daring to do new things

First, there is creativity. That’s the desire to always be looking at things in a new way and searching for the new, unknown and unique – and daring it. Thus, for example, Rüegg invented the panel-closable firebox and thus established the basic requirements for efficient and low-emission living room firebox. There were thousands of flashes of genius, large and small, from which a living room firebox with the unique Rüegg characteristics ultimately emerged.

Appreciation is our source of guidance

Secondly, appreciation runs through all of our activities as a central theme. First and foremost is appreciation for our customers, employees and business partners without whom we simply wouldn’t be here. Then also appreciation for the natural resources and the careful handling of the bases for our survival. It is not only the large, but also the small things which shape our lead and thanks to which we can stand behind our products with full conviction.

Passion: We love what we do!

The third, and equally important, keyword is passion. It is the motivation to build systems for our customers which people can be pleased with for a long time thanks to their quality, durability, user-friendliness and reliability. Passion is also the desire to always have your nose to the wind. It gives us simply pleasure to surprise the market again and again with new products and ingenious innovations.

Creativity, appreciation and passion: These are the foundations on which our success is based. This is what all of my employees, as well as I myself, stand for.
